Course information is scattered across syllabi, LMS platforms, emails, and calendars. Students manually track deadlines and assignments, increasing cognitive load and making it easy to miss important tasks.

We designed Syllabirb to automatically extract course information, organize assignments, and provide AI-powered guidance so students can focus on learning rather than administrative work.

Automatically organize coursework into a centralized timeline and task management system.

AI Assistant

Students receive personalized guidance, deadline support, and assignment planning through an AI-powered study assistant.

To improve clarity, we removed AI-generated time estimates and streamlined the home screen.

To reduce information overload, syllabus content was organized into dedicated tabs.

Color-coded calendar indicators and flexible reminders improved workload visibility and planning.

Color-coded calendar indicators and flexible reminders improved workload visibility and planning.

Syllabirb transforms lengthy syllabi into structured study plans, helping students stay organized, reduce stress, and maintain visibility across all their courses.

Validated through usability testing, Syllabirb improved both usability and user satisfaction. The final design achieved an SUS score of 83 and an NPS score of 67, indicating a more intuitive experience and stronger user confidence.
