Problem Statement

Many women rely on period-tracking and birth-control apps to manage their health, yet existing tools often feel overly clinical, confusing, or emotionally disconnected. Users struggle with inconsistent reminders, unclear cycle insights, and a lack of trustworthy, approachable health education.

Project Goals

  • Provide reliable birth-control reminders with flexible timing

  • Translate cycle data into easy-to-understand visual insights

  • Deliver gentle, educational guidance tailored to each cycle phase

  • Establish a warm, calming interface that reduces anxiety around health tracking

Research Insights

  • Users want a clean layout and predictable navigation — especially when tracking symptoms or timing medication.

  • Many users distrust generic health apps due to inconsistent or confusing information.

  • Emotional tone matters: women prefer interfaces that feel warm, safe, and non-judgmental.

  • Customizable reminders and supportive daily insights increase long-term engagement.
